A good work-life balance depends on projects
I have worked on two projects during my tenure: major petroleum clients in the UK and a healthcare firm in Canada. I have gained great connections and experience.
No matter how good your leads are, once there is pressure on them, they will make your life hell. HR and higher management will support them only if you are new or a junior resource, even if you are asked to work at very unusual hours.
Keep good communication with all the team members.
