I joined as a fresher at Accenture. The first step was an online assessment, followed by a managerial and HR round. After onboarding, candidates must clear multiple assessment phases to continue.

Just go through basic questions available on the net for 2-3 years of experience. It was a half-hour interview. It went smoothly through a Zoom call. It's easy if you have studied well. Only conceptual-based questions were asked.

The HR understood my situation and helped me by rescheduling the interview. Later, I received the feedback from HR and the offer letter within some time. The process was seamless for me. But my friend has cleared the first round, and she is waiting f
