I was contacted by an HR employee to see if I was interested in the position. After a few days, I received a first phone call with HR, followed by a second video call with the team manager, which lasted 60 minutes.
The selection process was divided into 3 phases: 1. HR motivational interview 2. Interview with the Manager 3. Interview with the division head After completing the third interview, they simply disappeared. No feedback, neither positive nor negativ
The interview is conducted with several levels of people. You should be prepared with typical consulting questions like use cases and such. The process length depends on the situation; in my case, it took only 2 weeks.
