Work timings flexibility (again, subject to project). No micromanagement (again, depends on manager, but I was lucky that way).
Poor and biased salary, not as per industry standards for a leading business analytics tool.
When compared to my juniors, after working for 3 years, the difference in rewards for the same position I joined and what I'm offered at present was just 25% (meaning if your juniors are offered X, I'm getting, post promotion and working for 3 years, just 25% more), which is humiliating considering I had great feedback throughout my career.
Ridiculous HR policies that require me to stay at the same level for 2 years, even though one has all the proven skillset for the next level.
Pay your employees as per industry standards and in an unbiased manner.
Do away with policies that curb growth.
The interview had three rounds. 1. Logical Reasoning and Aptitude 2. Coding round 3. HR round in the company Overall, it was good. I got the offer and accepted it.
1. MCQ Round: This is a remote exam and mainly focuses on Spark & Hive. 2. SQL: Online Microsoft Teams meeting: Easy - Medium Questions 3. HR Round
It was easy. They asked basic questions as it was a campus interview. I was hired as a fresher. In off-campus interviews, you can expect fairly difficult questions. You may have 2-3 rounds of interview.
