A great opportunity if you are starting out in your career. At least from a Data & AI perspective, I got to work on various projects with different clients in different industries. It helped me hone in my skills and get a better idea of what I want to do for a professional career.
With an enterprise structure, it is very difficult to express your talents and hard work. You have to make sure you are connecting with your People Lead on a regular basis so that they know what is going on with your project work and +1 opportunities outside of the client. Even then, it is still difficult to know the story that your People Lead is telling in the annual performance achievement meetings with other Accenture managers/leadership.
If there is a better way for the People Lead to actually see the work that you are putting into this company, it will make it much easier for them to tell a story in the Performance Achievement. Maybe having a People Lead that changes based on the different clients/projects you are working on will make it easier, instead of having a floating People Lead who never sees your client work.
Recruiter Round: More of background check and role description. Technical Round: Questions based on AWS, Spark, BI, SQL, Python, ML - end-to-end full-stack AI tech stack. Role Fit and Managerial Round: Questions focused on the role's responsibility
Easy interview. Didn't ask many coding questions, but more towards the consulting side. The first round was behavioral, and the second round was a case study interview. The process took more than a week.
The interview process is okay, but it takes too long to get an update from them. The stages include a phone call, initial interview, technical interview, and then the final interview. You can easily breeze the interview part.
