AFS is a great place to work, especially for newly graduated individuals. There are lots of training resources and sponsored classes on the latest analytical programming or technologies. Most people are good, genuine, and willing to help out. The company actively promotes work-life balance, diversity and inclusion, and fun group events.
Upper management and work can be stressful, depending on what account or project you are assigned to.
