Associate Software Developer
Project-based questions and HR questions. No technical questions were asked. The interviewer was friendly and concentrated only on skills known by a candidate. Candidates must have completed a project to clear the Accenture interview process.
Senior Applications Developer
Easy: Basic questions on SAP. Projects that you have worked on. No aptitude test. The interview takes about 40 minutes. Post that, there will be an HR round, which is very easy to pass.

The interview went very smoothly. I was nervous at first, but since the interviewer gave her introduction first, I became at ease after that. I think that was the first interview I gave being less nervous.
