Good People, Bad Promotions
Getting better over time. There is no question about values and leadership. I have seen some of the best leaders in the company, and obviously people are the ones to praise for.
Compensation is just okay. Work-life balance is good.
Relative Performance ratings and promotions are not right. Many leaders accept that, but it never changes. Promotions are based on your luck.
Please fix the performance management. I have never trusted it in the past 6 years.
