Salaries can't compete with smaller companies or those abroad (in USD).
You might get assigned to a project with unwilling people or obsolete technology (in that case, you can still request a change).
I don't know if this is good or bad, but the dynamic of small companies, where one person does a thousand things: DevOps, technical support, testing, coding, and deploying, doesn't exist. Here, because the projects are so large, each person has a specific function and sticks to it.
I had two interviews, one with HR and another with a technical manager. The HR interview consisted of getting to know me, and the technical one, which lasted approximately half an hour, involved technical questions.
Interview with HR, then with an Accenture lead. If you pass, you are placed on a project, but before that, you have a talk with the lead of that project. Simple process. I did have to negotiate.
They asked me to solve a simple but entertaining programming exercise. Your interviews are fine, however, I would have liked, above all, a better salary, as I was not satisfied with what they offered me. But a better salary was urgent; to leave.
