I was an intern and the hybrid model was very comfortable for me, in addition to the colleagues and the ease of learning at the company.
Objectively, I don't see any. I was very happy.

I had two interviews, one with HR and another with a technical manager. The HR interview consisted of getting to know me, and the technical one, which lasted approximately half an hour, involved technical questions.
