Excellent work environment for those starting their career. There is no pressure or tight deadline; they provide learning platforms, in-company English, and two days of home office.
There are many people doing "plancha" (a type of work, often informal or low-skilled). If I had to put it in percentages, 1 out of 10 is truly a capable person in their task.
