Let me tell you, I had just graduated, had never worked in a company focused on my engineering field, and they treated me like a person with experience. I think part of it was the fault of the HR person who put me on a project which was canceled once I joined. I was on the floor for 7 months taking internal courses, everything was very good, but I feel it would have been better to have had training like the one new graduates received, which, in itself, was my idea. Internally everything is fine, it's a very good company, they really support development. The pay for a new graduate was not bad at all, and even less the benefits. You feel like you work for Microsoft.
I did not receive the necessary mentorship and at times there were some misunderstandings between departments.
I do not recommend joining if you are a recent graduate. I regret having wasted such an opportunity every time.
I feel it was HR's fault as much as mine for not stepping up, since companies were interviewing me internally (Accenture clients) and not hiring me because I couldn't sell myself.
Integrar a las personas en las áreas o niveles que corresponden. Si nunca han tenido experiencia, apoyarlos.
I had 2 phone interviews and then a technical interview via Zoom. Finally, an interview with the client. Everyone in the process was very friendly, although it was very lengthy.
Interview with HR, then with an Accenture lead. If you pass, you are placed on a project, but before that, you have a talk with the lead of that project. Simple process. I did have to negotiate.
I had two interviews, one with HR and another with a technical manager. The HR interview consisted of getting to know me, and the technical one, which lasted approximately half an hour, involved technical questions.
