Phone call as the first interview stage for a trainee position. The objective was to see more of my profile and tell me the next steps. The interviewer was kind and told me how I could prepare for the next stage.

The process was very simple. Just the typical questions about my experience and goals in the next few years, then a little interview with a senior software engineer, and that's all. They said they will call.

The interview process was a group process. It also consisted of a series of questions, presentations of oneself and the company, and games. Then, we participated in a month-long training. Finally, we were called to become employees of the company.
