Nothing, I do not recommend AFDTech. Flee.
When I was at afdtech, it wasn't bad. With the Accenture alliance, it has gotten worse and worse every day. I do not recommend working there.
No raise for over two years.
They can remove you from a mission, then fire you or offer a mutual termination agreement when you were doing well with the client and the client was happy with your performance. In the meantime, they recruit en masse and then break the probationary period.
