Very few. The team are wonderful people from all around the globe.
Poor pay.
No bonus scheme.
Perks had been cut just before I joined.
Payroll issues.
Very poor communication between management and agents, leading to conflicting information.
No real progression path; just random internal opportunities for careers completely separate from your own skills, etc.
Improve pay and internal communication.
