Pros

Benefits such as gym access, excellent health plan from Swiss Medical, remote work, day off for birthday.

Vacation business days:

  • 10 for new hires.
  • With 10 years of service: 20 business days.

In my job, access to the latest software releases and training aligned with the role provided by the company. Provision of work equipment appropriate to the role.

Cons

The career plan and evaluation can be very bad depending on the project you work on. I worked for local teams for a few years and my experience was quite bad. Working for teams directly with the USA, the improvement is evident.

The performance evaluation was good only on a few occasions (in the current team it is good). Most years I saw how many undeserving people were rewarded, while those who truly strived were left aside. It depends a lot on the management you get on the project and the project's budget to cover bonuses and rewards.

Advice to Management
