Nobody messes with you; you can sort of work at your own pace. PTO is great. The certification program is ridiculously good. You can get certified in everything if you would like, no questions asked. They pay for the learning platform and unlimited vouchers.
Accenture is a good company, but it’s not my style. There is too much bureaucracy and too much paperwork. If you get work on an internal project, your hands will be tied, as everything is managed by multiple teams, and they are very territorial.
Please make Accenture an easier company to maneuver. Let’s start with TFO; they are unbearable and territorial, and most of the support personnel are a bit rude. Let us do our job without needing to depend on TFO personnel for everything.
