Stability. The company rarely fires people. It has many benefits and many projects.
Salary far below market rate. To get a promotion, it takes years. You are just another one; no matter how much extra you do, you won't stand out. The company pretends to have values for posting, but in practice treats employees like a product. Although there are many benefits, it's not worth it, as the salary is ridiculous compared to the market and you can't move up within the company.
