You can learn multiple tools and multiple manuals. I got the opportunity to work through different manuals.
The increment is less. The salary is less compared to the work you do. Internal IT is rude and makes you wait for any issues with the system or laptop.
Just stick with the timing. Recruit employees if needed. Loading the current employees with work will not provide better quality and output.

Coding and technical aptitude are for the first one. Later, there is an interview, like technical and HR. Since I didn't clear the aptitude, I don't know about the future rounds. The aptitude had a few parts like DBMS, English, and Quantitative.
