Not many pros I can put here. It's a consultancy.
They used to allow home working after we all took a cut in pay. One year later, still with the cut in pay, they wanted everyone back in the office.
Also, I and many others were sold the dream that we would be getting good bonuses every year when we joined. You won't be getting any bonus as they make it so the company never makes enough profit every year by buying up other companies.
There's no work-life balance. If you want any promotion, or often it's just expected that Accenture is your life, and you may as well move into the offices.
