Relaxed management style, no "hairdryer treatment." Add resources if gaps are identified. A good name to work for.
A lot of offshoring of varying ability.
Old-school mentality of a lot of shutting away in meeting rooms and spreadsheet proliferation.
Don't really understand agile development.
Very PC.
Contractors are second-class citizens.
Non-existent IT support, rigid, outdated global rules.
Long hours.
The good people don't work 8 till 8. Have a better working culture, and the churn of staff will not be as high. Better calibre employees will stay and might even go perm.
