What's good with Accenture (to be more specific, to the project I'm designated) is that they will help you grow in your professional career. They will focus on your career path and what you aspire to be, unlocking your full potential. Also, they promote work-life balance, which will keep your mental and physical health good. That's why I call this my career's training ground, because they will mold you to be a good employee.
There are lots of budget for team building and they give incentives or what they call RP points (can be used to redeem certain products or e-wallet cash). They also have a work-from-home program even before the pandemic started (this depends on the project).
You have to spend 9 hours a day for work.
Salary is much lower compared to other competing companies.
The Accenture interview process involves: * Initial HR screening * Online assessment or technical test * Technical and behavioral interviews * Final evaluation and job offer This process focuses on skills, culture fit, and experience.
Interview process is superb! The manager joined the meeting on time and was very chill. Recruitment processes clarity is needed. They can be unresponsive at times and just schedule interviews without proper coordination.
The onsite review process involved an assessment. You need to pass this assessment before proceeding to the interviews. The interviews include an HR initial interview, a technical interview, and a final interview with the hiring manager.
