Sometimes it is good. Pays for certifications, and up to 1 retry. Good people are very good people. Excellent if you don't know how a professional job is like. You're going to get some great insights and knowledge, and get real professional.
Oftentimes bad. Like walking on eggshells sometimes. Management squeezes you. They lose talent because they do not know how to keep talent. Full of newbies and expats. Hard to get true recognition, hard to progress through career levels.
Be wary of micro management, constant pestering, work times (some projects might require you to wake up at 3am and solve an issue while sharing your screen with the client, some will require you to work weekends as well, and while you would expect you would get time off during the week suddenly you NEED to be there 0_0 and it accumulates and then your work life balance is nowhere to be found).
BUT some of them are extremely good. They know who they are.
Nice and smooth. The interviewer is approachable. The process is nice. You will receive an update immediately after the process. You just need a clear background and a quiet place during the interview.
Booking of interviews was messed up, and I was on a meeting with another candidate instead of a recruiter. The second interview was with the correct person, and we discussed general topics.
Good, but not selected because of college propriety reasons. On-campus placement. An application developer was taking my interview. I explained my projects, final year project, and normal HR questions.
