Great for graduates, opportunities to step up.
More of a happy-going environment, rather than a competitive one.
Good feedback after the interview, however there were many stages and a long wait for progression. Mainly non-technical interviews focusing on how you would work in specific roles in the country. Overall, pretty decent.
The interview took too long, upwards of 3 hours. It was done on Teams, with a lot of people on the call. We went through several rounds of questions (non-technical) and teamwork-building activities.
There were a few scenario-based questions, such as, "How would you make employees at a company more aware of cybersecurity?" Then there was a task where you had to read through some files and write an email to the manager.
