I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
I submitted my CV and received the HackerRank assessment and the Accenture assessment using their portal. The Accenture assessment was fine, mainly situational questions and some maths questions. However, the HackerRank question was much harder than I had anticipated. With the rise of AI, they now include a question with an AI assistant, and therefore the question was much harder, and the AI assistant pretty much said "I can't help you with that" for everything I asked it to do.
You have two coding questions, both of which are very wordy and long, and even just reading it and trying to understand what it wants you to do takes 5 minutes in itself, and you're only given 15 minutes for each question. The new standard for graduates now compared to what it used to be just a few years ago is astronomically higher. If you are preparing for this coding assessment, don't bother with any easy LeetCode questions; do the mediums and hards.
