I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I was interviewed for a React JS profile through referral: 1 technical and 1 techno-managerial. Both of them were easy to medium difficulty. The techno-managerial was easy comparative

The interview process was relatively straightforward, and the interviewers were quite competent. Their approach made the experience comfortable and allowed me to showcase my skills effectively. Overall, it was a positive and smooth interaction.

After clearing the aptitude and coding assessment, the communication assessment was next. Finally, after these stages, the interview happened. For my case, HR-type questions were asked, such as the challenges I faced while working on my project, etc.
