Decent benefits, opportunities to travel, experience, and the people I worked with seemed competent.
If you are a developer, they will undervalue and underpay you and give you half of the vacation days as a BA in the consulting workforce. Supposedly, this is going to be remedied soon, but right now, they would be an awful choice long term.
Your developers make you a lot of money, so overworking and underpaying them will eventually backfire.
