Ho iniziato la mia esperienza in Accenture con un corso di 2 mesi presso l'azienda.
Successivamente, dopo 6 mesi di stage, sono stato assunto a tempo indeterminato come Java Developer.
Attualmente sono al mio 5° anno in azienda e lavoro in progetti come sviluppatore e analista di soluzioni Java BE.
Tutto ciò mi ha permesso di acquisire conoscenza e fare esperienza, lavorando nel tempo su diversi progetti, grazie anche all'aiuto del mio team.
Sebbene abbia ottenuto qualche aumento e lavori in una grande realtà e ottima azienda quale Accenture, ad oggi mi sento di dire che la concorrenza offre retribuzioni nettamente superiori per la posizione che ricopro.
