1. Poorly managed teams.
2. No HR for any help. They just have chatbots.
3. Recruiters confirm that it's a day shift, and everyone expects you to work on 2-11 (1 PM - 2 AM in reality) if not night shifts.
4. In most cases, a technical lead will be your manager, who doesn't even have time to respond to your queries.
5. They give promotions without any real benefit. I have seen people getting promoted twice in 2 months simply to make them work on night shifts.
6. Too big a company, and there is no process, no support, and nothing seems managed well. Either you are free sitting on the bench, or you have too much work.

Ask your recruiters to please not cheat candidates by giving fake promises like shift timings and assured teams.
