Going through an online coding interview. Then an onsite interview with a presentation, followed by three more interviews. I can see they are trying to imitate Google's recruitment process, except they are not Google.

My interview process was broken down into several stages, including a small talk with HR, several technical online interviews, and a day-long onsite interview, overall more than 8 hours. What surprised me a lot is that my interviewers were not prepar
