Great people (for the most part), get to learn a lot, and are put into situations to grow.
A re-org caused me to have a new and disconnected manager who basically lied his way into his role. He was smart on concepts but did not know how to lead a team and in many cases blamed fellow team members for his lack of leadership/guidance. The best leaders I have worked with protect their team and take negative feedback with accountability.
Other than him, everyone was super nice and it never felt political. I chose to move into the tech industry afterwards because I found out how much I was being billed to the client for ;)
