The interview was not that easy, but it was good. The interviewer was friendly and asked good questions on functional testing, severity and priority, test case creation structure, test strategy, scope, sprint testing, and types of testing like white

It took 1 month from the HR interview to the onboarding process. First was a phone interview (during the pandemic), another phone interview with the HR Manager, a technical assessment (Technical/Language), a final HR interview, and a job offer (JO)

The interview process typically involves: * Application * Resume review * Initial screening * Multiple rounds of interviews * Skills assessments * Reference checks * A final offer or rejection decision. It was quite long and exhausting.
