Company culture, a lot of large projects that give you opportunities to learn, and a quite nice office.
The salary of newcomers is often higher than those who've been working there for some time, but you can fight for a raise.
I passed the introduction interview and their assessment. Never heard from them again after finishing the technical interview. They never formally rejected me. They just never tried to communicate back about application state. BM
It's an easy interview, but I expected more in-depth questions. They asked simple questions directly about previous projects and work experience, with no self-introductions to start. They asked questions about delegates and API integration.
Still didn't get it, but I'd say it's kind of easy and simple, not too technical at first. However, the interviewer was very kind and very supportive, if I remember correctly.
