Lots of possibilities to learn new tech, a multicultural (mostly) environment, opportunities for networking and making new friends, and a significant amount of provided benefits.
Complicated and bureaucratic procedures for everything.
Training-based and bonus-based salary levels and raises (might be considered a pro for someone).
Cramped and stuffed office space with few or no natural sunlight.
I passed the introduction interview and their assessment. Never heard from them again after finishing the technical interview. They never formally rejected me. They just never tried to communicate back about application state. BM
It's an easy interview, but I expected more in-depth questions. They asked simple questions directly about previous projects and work experience, with no self-introductions to start. They asked questions about delegates and API integration.
Still didn't get it, but I'd say it's kind of easy and simple, not too technical at first. However, the interviewer was very kind and very supportive, if I remember correctly.
