I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. It was hard but doable. There were two rounds of interview: * Technical * HR round 1 week of full-fledged preparation is enough to crack. Confidence is the key, and not overconfidence :

The general interview starts with a self-introduction and questions about resume-based projects. It then proceeds to HR questions. Afterward, you are asked if you have any questions from your side. Then, you leave from the lobby about 15 minutes late
