I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. It was hard but doable. There were two rounds of interview: * Technical * HR round 1 week of full-fledged preparation is enough to crack. Confidence is the key, and not overconfidence :

I faced a written assessment on reasoning, English, and puzzles, followed by a communication round. Finally, there was a basic HR interview with questions focused on my background, skills, and teamwork experience, mostly focused on projects.
