Pros
  1. Good Pay policies
  2. Good learning opportunities
  3. Reputed company
Cons
  1. Toxic work culture.
  2. Hard work means more work, with no recognition (especially when the managers are manipulative).
  3. Being a committed worker pays you zero work-life balance.
  4. The company's HR is of no use if you have any grievances.
  5. Promotions/increments are not given on merit but for those who are in the manager's good books.
Advice to Management

Try to recognize and retain the gems who are quitting with no other option and out of frustration. Hiring two or more unworthy candidates in the place of one has no meaning, and a reputed company like Accenture has to address this serious concern. Identify the hard workers and treat the ground-level employees with respect and concern.
