I have completed the first interview process. I have been asking for feedback for more than a month, but there has been no response. Basic common sense: if they are not hiring, they should avoid conducting interviews. This wastes my time and effort.

An interview with Human Resources and a technical interview with the project's technical lead for whom they were seeking developers. The technical interview consisted of questions; there was no live coding. Very relaxed and pleasant.

They contacted me on LinkedIn. I don't remember their name. The first questions were about my experience, what I was looking for, and why I wanted to change jobs, among other things.
