Uncompetitive pay. Uncompetitive benefits. Upper management does not seem to care about worker well-being. This position tends to be extremely boring. Little to no room for career growth. Work could take place remotely, but we are forced to go to a terrible office.
Listen to your workers. Pay us better. A mediocre free lunch doesn’t compensate for you treating us like dogs.
