Pros

Generally a nice and diverse group of people to work with. Provided with complimentary lunch boxes and a tag that gives you 4 free snacks of your choice, nice leisure spaces to relax during lunch or 2- or 3-hour wellness breaks.

Cons

For people who find it difficult to endure alternating between day and night shifts, the company can't really accommodate you unless you have a legitimate/serious condition that means you cannot work late night shifts. You cannot take naps during your wellness breaks if/when the alternating shifts take a toll on your body.

Advice to Management

Provide better means to deal with alternating shifts, e.g., allow employees to nap, assign spaces to take brief naps, and assign specific areas for fitness, yoga, or meditation.

Extend the distance for taxi transport, as you will inevitably have employees who currently live or will move to places outside the pre-established radius.
