Good work-life balance
Accenture is really into employee wellbeing. They are making sure that employees have a good work-life balance. I only work during working hours and rarely do overtime.
I am working on shift. We have morning, middle, and night shifts.
Morning and middle shifts are still okay for almost everyone, but the night shift is totally not for everyone. You have to really think about it.
