Depending on the team, mine was great. It had a good working environment, work-life balance, and I received a lot of benefits.
Again, depending on the team, it is hard for your AL to be approved. You will need to take AL even though you are entitled to MC. You will be informed that your contract will not be renewed less than a month before your contract ends, even though the company needs 6 weeks' notice for employees to resign. There is no clear evaluation on how the company decided to renew/end the contract.
Have clear evaluations and guidelines on the renewal of contracts. These should be communicated earlier before any major change in work.
