Nobody seems to want to do their job. There's endless buck-passing and people running from post to pillar. The HR processes aren't functioning (they appear to be all outsourced).
Don't make the same mistake I did. Keep looking. I suspect you deserve a lot better.
Stop outsourcing key elements of recruiting, onboarding, and HR so that employees are valued, or at least any of their concerns are addressed and responded to at a minimum.
