There is no employee preservation culture; they consider you disposable. The selection and recruitment department are arrogant people without any empathy. They seem to be specifically selected by the company because of their own poisonous and infectious culture. It is not a company to start a career, but I believe it is an option for those who have no job options as seniors. The advantages do not outweigh the disadvantages of the company. If it ever had a good culture, that was in the past. And Accenture in Recife is not like it used to be; it has changed a lot.
