Low pay, confusing pay and position structure that can keep you at the bottom for an unlimited amount of time. I have had the position title of "New Associate" for 3 years and have not managed to get more than a 3% raise per year, even after having been moved from a regular position into a more technical role of QA analyst, then learning and auditing cases, reporting, and conducting team lead meetings for one team originally, to a range of teams.
Layout pathways to increased levels and higher pay more readily.
Being a level 13 for 3 years and watching everyone else move up can cause a person to lose hope and not try as hard as they can.
