Impossible to change projects, they haven't given a significant salary increase since last year, and they don't give promotions or bonuses either. They buy you off with benefits, like the gym, to avoid paying you 20 grand more in salary.

The interview was good. The panel was good. They were on time. For experience, it's not too difficult. If you are good in your skills, then you will easily crack the interview. Mainly two rounds of interview are there for experienced candidates.
