Really hard to grow.
Feeling like a second-class citizen.
Almost no white people stay contract after a year (they tend to have an easier time climbing the ladder) in comparison to other races/ethnicities.
Pay a living wage! It's embarrassing for Accenture, a huge global corp, to pay this low, almost minimum wage. Really low for California.
