• They don't care about team management or personal growth.
• They force you to take ten thousand courses that ultimately lead to nothing.
• They don't care about your personal and professional well-being.
• Coldness in interpersonal dealings.
• Zero opportunity for progression or change of discipline within the company.
• Indifference from your superiors. You're just another number.
• Likewise, indifference towards your personal circumstances. I've never seen a company that cared less about its employees' personal situations.
• A lot of pretense, but no values.
