No Job Security. Biased. Need to be a puppet of the Manager. Sometimes I've seen a statewise biased nature.
If you are training a person for some technology, also give them the same technology projects for hands-on experience.
Terrible. No show without any notification from the recruiter or the hiring manager. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I mean, I knew it was a sweatshop going in.
Multiple HR calls after resume forwarded. 10 minutes of interview calls; I don't know how they were rejected. Very poor experience, as it's just a waste of time. I received feedback to refer the CID for a higher role.
Two round interviews: 1. Verification of photo ID proof (with date of birth): We have to show the ID proof towards the camera so that they can read it. 2. Technical interview - 40 minutes, virtual. 3. Technical plus managerial interview - 30 minute
