Pros

Many contracts under Accenture mean a decent amount of mobility, vertically and laterally, if you're willing to step outside your comfort zone.

Lots of resources are available to employees, including independent e-learning.

Incubation contracts offer rapid growth and opportunities to learn new skills without prior experience.

Cons

Leadership is unwilling to action employees providing a net-negative experience. Contracts may end with little to no advance notice. Employees are ineligible for prorated bonuses, regardless of having been through a significant portion of the fiscal year.

Advice to Management

Back up employees that are raising issues, support them when they have negative feedback for clients, and be transparent with everyone.
